Abstract

Drugs targeting Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) are recognized as key tools in hematological oncology. The clinical efficacy of BTK inhibitors is limited, however, by the emerging resistance driven by BTK mutations and the severe toxicity attributed to off-target kinase inhibition.
