Abstract

A thorough molecular and environmental evaluation of microbial isolates and indoor air quality (IAQ) at a place of worship is presented in this work. The study used a dual-methodological approach, including systematic environmental monitoring to assess occupant health concerns and 16S rRNA gene sequencing for taxonomic identification.
